January may have slipped by in a blink of an eye and a whirlwind of resolutions (check out ours in ongoing “New Year. Fresh Start!” series here) BUT Pay Day has finally arrived, saving us from scrimping and beckoning a bit of spending. So why not check out what is topping our shopping list here at Fashion Du Jour | LDN HQ? It’s time to get ready head to toe for a fashion filled February fillies…

STEPPING OUT IN STYLE BOOTS:

They say that good shoes take you great places and we are loving the awesome selection of Ankle Boots and Knee Length Boots at Jones the Bootmakers to trot around this month’s impending London Fashion Week. Their selection of Ladies Boots are spot on for choice and quality. These boots are made for walking…and LASTING! Our top picks are these utterly lush Oriole Ankle Boots in grey. We are really feeling grey right now and for the coming season, in all its 50 shades! They also come in yummy navy…yes, we are tempted to get both!

We are also lusting after these fringetastic booties for stomping the fashion pavements this February. We think the Odette Ankle Boots in tan would make the perfect partners for our off-duty chic outfits with chunky jumpers and ripped knee skinnies, as well as on-duty with flippy boho dresses for a night out. The ultimate multi-tasker, they also come in black.

DRESS TO IMPRESS:

We are super stoked that the new Binky collection at In The Style has finally dropped and we were not disappointed at the offering. We are loving the combo of easy to wear shapes in striking colours and prints that get our fashionista pulse racing. We are drooling over this Baroque Turtle Neck Dress that would look deliciously delightful paired with the Odette Ankle Boots we featured above, as well as our fave Over The Knee Boots and a yummy fluffy accessory (We are HUGE faux fur accessory fans – check out our “Faux Sure” post here)!

Our current “Go To” look on a night out atm is the never fail combo of OTK Boots and Shirt Dress (See our NYEssentials post) and it’s clear to see Miss Felstead is in agreement with us. We are giving her major fashion snaps and hastily adding to our checkout cart this Teal Printed Shirt Dress. We are totes hearting this print! Roll on LFW, as this is perfectly perfect for running between the shows in comfort and style!

FURRY NICE COAT:

Our love-in with the fluffy stuff continues and we are officially OBSESSED with the offering of faux fur coats at UrbanCode. Mixing luxe with attainable price points, we are loving the fact you can get yourself something a little bit special without sacrificing ALL your pay. Yup, these fluffy bunnies are deffo an investment in style that we will want to come back to season after season! We are looking forward to purchasing this Melissa Faux Fur Coat, as we think the combo of the longer biker style, perfect PVC trim and lush colour combo makes it the perfect partner to combat the icy chill! Want…want…WANT!

BAGS OF STYLE:

We featured LYDC Bags in our “Faux Sure” post and we have been super fans of the brand ever since and their new collection is completely lust worthy. Awesome accessories are our sure fire way to set an outfit alight and LYDC Bags are jam-packed with hot property! We are positively gaga over this Snake Tether Large Shoulder Bag, as this slippery customer provides not only off the scale style, but lots of space to pack our LFW essentials! SSSSSssssssensational!

In keeping with our 50 shades of Grey theme – this Sports Luxe Tote is TOTES on our hit list. Roomy, practical, stylish – this yummy bag is perfect for when we are on the run for work or pleasure! Hopefully that go faster stripe will have us speeding away in the style stakes too.
